When creating your first listing, you will be able to select the two for one plan option. Once selected, you will be able to choose the second directory where you want your listing to featured. In addition, you will also be able to select and enter key information such as the main category for your second listing.
Once your first or main listing goes lives, your second listing will automatically be created on the second directory free of charge. Saving you time, ensuring that you do not have to enter the same information again on both directories. The two for one plan is designed to maximise your exposure within the LGBTQIA+ community with different audiences. Once you have selected your preferred plan, you will be required to make a payment. You can pay by using the following payment methods; PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express (Amex).
Once you have chosen your preferred payment method, you will be securely directed to either PayPal or Stripe (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). The payment providers will process the payment request on their secure platforms.
The Gayther site does not process payments, nor do we store payment information. We only use well-known and trusted payment providers to ensure your sensitive financial data is kept secure.
Yes – we do not want to exclude anyone. Cryptocurrencies exchange rates are somewhat volatile. However, if you wish to pay using a cryptocurrency, contact us, and we will provide you with the details on the rates and ways to pay.
Yes – Gayther is a trading name for Ovester Limited, and complies with both PCI and GDPR regulations.
Payment Card Industry (PCI) relates to a set of security standards that companies who receive card payments must legally adhere to and ensure ongoing compliance. Neither Gayther nor Ovester directly takes fees through our service. We only use trusted payment providers to process the payments on our behalf, maintaining full PCI compliance. Though we do not process or store process payment information, we still comply with the PCI standards.
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is a regulation within the European Union (EU) relating to the processing and management of customer data. Ovester Limited, as a company based in the United Kingdom, must adhere to the GDPR, and we have in place standards and policies to ensure compliance.
Yes – you can cancel your plan at any time; however, it is important to note that for any paid listings you will not receive a refund. Unfortunately, given that all of our products are digitally delivered and non-tangible goods – we cannot offer refunds or chargebacks for any purchases you make.
It is more advisable to let your plan run and do not review it at the expiry date. If you are cancelling due to dissatisfaction, we would like to hear from you to help us improve. You would be providing us with the opportunity to resolve any problems you may have.
Yes – our Multiplan discounts start when you list five or more events, services or businesses at the same time. When confirming five or more listings, you may receive a further 20% off the applicable advertised plan rates (subject to current offers and terms and conditions). To obtain the discount, you will need to complete the discount form to receive your quotation tailored to your needs.

If you are part of a group or franchise, you can group listings easily by following these seven simple steps:
1. You will need to have successfully registered an account on Gayther
2. You will need to create your first listing; when filling out all of the sections within your listing, please ensure that you select Yes to the ‘Are you a group or franchise?’ question in section 6
3. You will then be asked to choose any of the fields you wish to lock. Locking fields means that you will be able to amend only those fields for every new listing within your group or franchise. The idea behind the approach is to copy your main franchise data (such as name, logo, etc.) and let the franchisee control the rest
4. Once you have submitted and successfully paid for your new listing, you will need to go to your newly created listing. You can access the listing within your profile; click here to access your profile
5. Under listings, you will find your newly created profile; click on the listing title to open
6. Select the ‘Edit’ tab and then ‘Add Franchise’
7. You will then be directed to the create listing page, where you will be able to create a new listing within your group or franchise
Yes – you will be able to set the auto-renew option. The price you pay at the point of renewal will automatically be the best available price. Part of our Gayther Price Promise always to offer you great value.
Our plans are priced in US dollars (USD) or British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will automatically be shown the total amount in USD or GBP. At the same time, you will usually be shown and the total amount in your local currency if USD or GBP is not your default currency. If you choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, you will likely receive the exchange rate. An exchange rate will be applicable if your card is not a USD or GDP currency account. Your card provider will determine the rate, and they may charge additional fees. Consult with the issuer of your card to fully understand the charges and terms and conditions.
