Businesses and services that offer tailored or specialist services to the LGBTQIA+ community is always welcome. In part, because the needs of the community are often neglected and underserved. Many businesses are beginning to wake up to the reality, that the LGBTQIA+ community is large and spends trillions of dollars each year, attracting community members can mean big business.

Businesses, services and events do not necessarily have to exclusively serve the community or even offer community-specific products or services. Often, attracting the community can be as simple as operating a model of inclusivity. A model that means you welcome everyone to your business or service. That you treat all of your customers with respect, regardless of their sexuality, gender identity, race, religion or beliefs.

Many countries have anti-discrimination laws in place that prohibit discrimination against many minority groups. Though laws exist, complying with the law goes only so far, making clear declarations that you are inclusive, that you, your staff and your business, respect all, all of which makes your local community and even international customers aware that your business welcomes everyone.
